Awful !

The process started well with ordering and receiving the product quickly. However when opened it was completely the wrong item so I contacted the customer services and there was no response. I sent a few more emails ans contacted them on Facebook messenger , still nothing. Now I have left with a product I can't use as it is unsuitable and unsafe for my son and now I a. Out of pocket 27.99. Awful customer service !
